Our local authority hub helps authorities to access valuable information and guidance to support them in validating planning applications, and best practice recommendations for receiving applications through the Planning Portal. You will also find tools such as LPA Admin and be able to sign up to receive the local authority monthly bulletin.

We have developed excellent partnerships with local authorities to change the culture of planning and provide accessible, open and transparent online planning services to citizens and professionals.
Around 90 per cent of applications are now submitted online. With financial and resource constraints on both central and local government, we need to tackle further obstacles to realise a truly online planning service.
