How do I change my password?

Log in to the Planning Portal using the link in the top right of any page.

Once logged in, click on ‘My Account’ then ‘Change password’ link in the top right of the screen.

This will take you to the ‘Create Password screen. You can then enter and confirm your new password.

Once you have done this, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the ‘create password’ button to set your new password.
