Why can’t I log in to building control?

In April 2024, we redesigned and re-platformed building control to align with Planning Portal, so now you only need one account to log in and make planning and building control applications. Your previous building control account and any applications have not been moved to the new system. So, if you don’t already have a Planning Portal account you will have to register for one to make building control applications. If you do have a Planning Portal account, use those credentials to log in.
